And to get front row seats anywhere you would have had to spend about 7 years doing so to get in line or know somebody so you have to factor in those amounts for quality seats too.
Everything is a trade off. I'd rather spend the money on a vacation to Hawaii quite frankly, as much of a PonyFan I am. I still donate money to SMU and have for 25 years and will continue to so. But I'm not going to overpay and get in line with other suckers as I know there's always an ebb and flow to things. I choose to pick my spots.
Of course, now I have tickets also. At a fraction of the cost. It's amazing what patience can yield.

Hard alcohol is not allowed on the boulevard only beer or wine.
And I don't blame you for football I can't even get my wife to go to a game so I dropped from 4 to 2 in 104 because I've been giving those three away for 7 years except for when I occasionally galvanized someone on StubHub

I let my season tickets go too mainly due to the mrs complaining. Hard to leave 3 under 3yrs (now 4yrs) at home while I go to games with whoever. I am a true fan - I brought all kids with me solo to a couple of football games last year to root on my team with 8 other people. Now that is dedication.
