I'm not interested in him now. I wanted to have top recruits and win the championship.

I assume that Eman Mudiay will be at the TU game on sunday for his Brother's Senior Day. He should be able to afford the ticket...

This is so off it's not even funny. He wasn't even through the NCAA eligibility center yet and on the off chance that he did get eligible in time for the season, the NCAA would have ended up retroactively declaring him ineligible. Check into it Had he been clean, eligible, etc. he would have been awesome to have.
Well the NCAA did declare him eligible that summer.
Exactly, and he was admitted to SMU, so where is the fire? Everyone just says be thankful.

The NCAA trouble rumor is a cover for SMU rejecting Mudiay's admission due to Prime Prep

So, the one year Jordan Mickey spent at Prime Prep made him elibible to play at LSU while the two years Mudiay spent there made him ineligble to play at SMU. Seems about right. What school did Mudiay attend before Prime? Also, " had he been clean", please spell that out.
Mickey was eligible because he had enough credits from elsewhere, Mudiay did not

He was. But that was after he had signed to turn pro, making him ineligible by amateurism standards. At that time the NCAA closes the case making the player "eligible" by grades so that they don't investigate further
