Has anyone sent their child to this camp under the current coaching staff? Looking to send my current 6th grader but wanted to hear some first hand feedback prior. Thanks.

I have. Youngest son went to LBs first camp. He'd previously gone to Dohs camp. They are as you might imagine most bball camps. Lots of drills in the am, fundamentals, light lunch.. Games like knockout etc, scrimmage amongst each other in the afternoon. Mostly run by the assistants, LB talks a couple of times. A handful of the players hang out the entire time and some of them serve as camp coaches.

Good friend in Austin had her 12 year old stay with us while attending camp last year. Markus Kennedy was in charge of his team, and Larry Brown would occasionally chime in, in addition to opening and closing talks. He loved it, and is doing it again. I'm also hosting my 13 year old nephew from Kansas so he can attend camp too.

2 other friends had 6-7 year olds that went to camp last year. They witnessed Coach Brown help out one little guy with his shooting form -- though I'm sure none of them appreciated that they were being taught by a legend.

Mrsmrydel handles all the charging in my household. Today alone she charged new shoes, a hair styling, baby gift and wedding present.

Thanks, Diamond M and RGV. Thanks LA Mustang for posting. I think I may have missed it otherwise.
