I'm telling you, we are all going to love this kid before it's all said and done. Can handle the rock, shoot, slash, tough, smart, etc.

"handle the rock" = "dribble". So yes absolutely on that one.

D? Always hard to know by looking at high school tape IMHO. College is different of course. So, I'm sure he'll have to adjust to the college game but he's strong, has good size (6'2") and is pretty fast and smart. So I'm sure there will be an adjustment period there, but with LB's tutelage I'm sure his D will be pretty good. (the speed and discipline to skill fundamentals is key adjustment there - and defense is DEFINITELY a team sport so it also has to do with gelling as ONE unit - communications!).

Sorry, missed that part. Just seems that is always the hardest part of the game to teach.

Defense is more about effort and smarts than anything. Nick Russell was not the most athletic guy, way less so than Manuel, but his effort more than made up for it and was our "stopper" 2 seasons ago, and did a better job in that role then Ryan IMO. Before this past year where he made some strides, Keith was a terrible defender even given his athleticism. N Moore has the effort, but his height is just a killer so you can see the Alford's, Pangos shoot over him. Sed should be fine given his length if he puts in the effort.
