SMU apparently not in his top 5, but will still take an official visit according to his father.

^^ Interesting. Perhaps he isn't taking an OV to St. John's since it's so close.

I'll never count Larry and company out if they can get an official. Seeing Dallas, the SMU campus, and having a world-class dinner at Al Biernat's or Nick & Sam's? Auburn, Miss. State, and Alabama can't compete with that.

This is where the dirty dirty world of AAU and shoe companies come into play. He's an Adidas guy, and we're Nike. So.......

Well, St. John's has been considered the frontrunner and they're Under Armour

Bama is Nike

Auburn is UA

Miss State is adidas

Marquette is Nike

So maybe Miss. State is the real frontrunner?

I don't really know, I just know he likes Miss State and a reason being he plays on the Adidas circuit

I'm pretty sure the recruitment for every 5-star is dirty.

Just get the young man on campus and sell him. Just like JW3 and Gonzaga.

Really weird. I know it's Bruce Pearl, but it's still Auburn

They may have thought SMU was dirty if he had decided to commit to SMU.
