Great feel good story. Nic is getting a lot of well deserved publicity this year. I hope for guys like Keith Frazier and others, his success shows what can happen when you rise above the fray and conduct yourself in a manner that shines the best light on you. Love this guy!

This is great. My only complaint about Nic is that he can't play at SMU forever :)

If we can advance to the sweet sixteen I think he will have a case for best point guard we have ever seen at SMU.

Mustang royalty. He's very close to being on the Pony Mount Rushmore with ED and Doak IMHO. Need a sweet sixteen run or better but that might do it. Imagine if he drained one of those 2 last second shots against Ucla and we made it to the sweet sixteen last season!

Retire his jersey if he gets us to the sweet 16?

Wow! Nic's a good player, but how many of those 3's that opponents hit against last year were his man.
Defense is part of the game too. The good thing is that when I watched most of the World University Games of his this weekend he played very [deleted] D and did well.
