Waz- Did Knight give back his TV contract or endorsements which pay a lot more than his salary? Another BS cheap trick by Knight. I'll bet his rebate to TT came in the form of a charitable gift too.

I'm no fan of Bob Knight, but I thought what he did showed a lot of character. Since he was already paid his salary that means he already paid taxes on it so why shouldn't he take to appropriate deductions for a contribution?

I don't ever remember a coach doing something like Knight is offering including Dement.

Why did he not insist this move ("salary forfeiture") remain confidential? This was a carefully orchestrated move, duh. It landed right on the front page where he and TT wanted it! Whatta joke!
