Yale beat Columbia this afternoon in a battle of unbeatens in the Ivy. Yale is now alone in 1st at 5-0.

Brandon Sherrod hit his first five attempts against Columbia to break the Division I record for consecutive field goals made (30 straight), which was previously held by Eastern Michigan's James Thompson and Bowling Green's Torian Oglesby (26 straight). Sherrod hit his final shot against Brown on Jan. 22 before going 24-of-24 over his next three games.

Somebody might want to guard him.

I was tempted to drive to cowtown this morning and watch Kansas play the froggies at 11am but I came to my senses. If you care to watch that beatdown - 11am ESPN.

That court looks awful on TV. It is two tone grey. If not for the Kansas uniforms, it was like watching in black and white.

WOW! What a block by Washburn. All 20 TCU students in attendance loved it. The lil froggies are about to win their second Big 12 game of the season. I'm kinda proud of our lil sisters....not really.

Ha! I think I jinxed them. Okie St has cut it to four with 2 minutes to play.
