Stanford will be in Moody next year unless something changes. I imagine there will be a texas beater on two on there.

Do we owe anyone a home state game? Shake and McDowell will be taken care of with Tulsa. Sterling and Ben already had UIC. Sed had Stanford. Semi is from Kansas, but I know LB doesn't want to play Self. Maybe K-State at some point? Or Wichita State?

A home and home every year with Baylor would be fun.

Selfishly I'd love to see a Home and Home with SDSU

SDSU would be more of a hometown game for Sed than Stanford was

I think after the Big East AAC split up that the Big East teams will probably only play the teams that were in the Big East before the split with maybe a few exceptions.

Who do you think the few exceptions would be and why do you think we would not be one of them?

Never said we would not be one of the exceptions. As we could be playing Marquette in next year's season opening tournament. But outside of that I don't think they will schedule us. The split up was because of the Big East bringing on more football schools and I don't think they will go outside of there way to play any of the schools that were added. Just my take on the issue.

I was hoping we would have another quality OOC game announced home or away. Anyone heard anything? As of now we don't have one quality OOC school visiting Moody this season do we? I've never seen the Stanford game confirmed.

Jank keeps saying no to a home/home w creighton. That would work for Semi, but Jank has history in Omaha and he's sorta soft

I agree. The Catholic 7 deemed the new Big East additions to be beneath them so I highly doubt we will see a challenge with them. Can't keep a superior perception going if you play and lose.

Mizzou would be just as close for Semi. Now is the time to play them too. Would be a great W on the road vs. SEC.. I would head to COMO for that one!

And with a large alum base in DFW, they should be able to get a home and home.
