Q's future

I feel bad for Quinton - he's better than some of the players who got drafted in the second round.

The question now is: where will he end up?

Beckley-Saner?
He was good for us... but that's not saying much when you look at the big picture.

That's pretty cold, man. For the last 10 picks or so last night, he was rated (by ESPN's Jay Bilas) as one of the top 3 players left. He didn't get picked, maybe because teams went for players at specific positions/needs, but this has been called a very deep draft. In the right camp, he still could make a team. If not, he certainly has a career overseas or in the NBA's developmental league, I'm sure.

It is better not to be picked than to be picked in the second round.

Q will be on a tgeam when the season starts. He's too good not to find a home. Overseas will be a last option I think.

Agreed. He'll make an NBA team and make every team regret not drafting him. And the team that gets him will be very lucky.

Among undrafted collegians who likely will be or already have been invited to the Mavericks' summer league are Oklahoma's Hollis Price, Auburn's Marquis Daniels, North Carolina State's Josh Powell and SMU's Quinton Ross.
