Would 3 weeks ago qualify as "any time soon?"

Some will tell you that a glass is half empty, and others that the same glass is half full. But all CPC really wants to know is...... does the drink taste good?

I stand corrected but you would think that they would post it on the Men's Basketball section of the website. If you tell me it is there, then I need some help using the internet. I did find on the Schedules page.

The smumustang.com banner at the top of their home page is also at the top of all their other pages, so you can always click on the "Schedule" at any time. However, it would be nice if when you are on the basketball page and clicked for the schedule it would automatically bring up the basketball schedule. Maybe it will someday.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

I finally got around to looking at the schedule. Only 12 home games? What's up with that? Seems like the number of home games shrinks year after year. Why so few games? Can't come up with the money to schedule more games against more "name" opponents? Anyone got any answers?

Seems to flucuate - I am sure we owe some ppl. away games and it just worked out that way.

'00 - 14 games
'01 - 12 games
'02 - 14 games
'03 - 13 games
'04 - 12 games

OK State, Tech and Wake F. are great home games.

So to answer your question, it's because of the tournament. In 2001 we had tournaments in Puerto Rico and Oklahoma City, and thus only had 3 non conference home games as well, and 12 home games total.

Appreciate the input. I'll still be at quite a few of the games anyway. Tech and Wake Forest are definitely "name" schools and games to see.
