Wednesday Basketball Practice

[50's PONY]

My observations from yesterdays basketball practice are --
All of the guys looked in good shape.
They looked like they were really having fun in practice.
I was impressed at how they were working together.
This will be a team that depends on each other -- no one person will carry the load.
Bhop showed no sign of any lingering pain.
I like all three of the freshman. Bennett can shoot and Pearson looks like he can really get on the boards. Reay has improved greatly over the summer.
Donatas really looked good.
I just think this team may surprise us.
First five appeared to be Castro, Simpson, Isham, Lowe, and Bhop.
I will just say again that I thought they all looked good and I am looking forward to see how they do on their tour.
Next practice is 9-29 at 1:00 P.M.

I believe that the Rack will have to improve enough to start if we are to be really good. I like Lowe and Castro but they are pretty much what they are going to be with just expewrience improving them. We have waited a long time for a true point guard who can make everyone else better. BHop has to be that guy this year.
You say they looked in good shape. Has anyone muscled up from last year-like Simpson I hope?
