If OKC wins the NBA Championship, no longer is Larry Brown the only coach to win both a NCAA and NBA title. I like OKC but have to root against them selfishly for this reason.

Has a rookie NBA coach ever won a championship? Heck of a year for Donavan.

Donavan would be the first to have won 2 NCAA champions and an NBA title.

No, he was head coach during the disastrous 2004 olympics that ended with a bronze medal. His team is the reason USA basketball made some radical changes to its process. I am not blaming Larry, as I don't think it was his fault but still it does look bad for him.

Larry had two medals, gold as a player and bronze as a coach.
