Wow! He would really be a great get. Good size, length, runs the floor well, good handles, etc. Seems to have an ok shot but was hard to tell. And of course as you mentioned that Aussie pipeline

He has great handles for someone with his height and length. Still a little raw but wow the upside.

BTW, Billy has some good info on him over at the Scout site.

People think the reload will be after Nic and MK (and JT to an extent even though he was one of my fav in his short time). I view it more as a changing of the gaurd. We are absolutely stacked. The reload will be after Ben, Sterling, and possibly Shake/Semi. I like what he brings in that reload quest.

That being said with minimal tape/info. However I trust the staff

Just gotta keep reloading. If Shake has a big year, I'm sure he's gone, likely a lottery pick. It would suck to lose him but that would do wonders for the program to have a lottery player in the draft. In 2017-18 still have Semi, Foster, Whitt, Froling, Wilson, D Mc and three or four freshmen. I'll take that.

Semi is flying under the radar but if all reports are correct he could be joining Shake in the draft... SMU gets a Shake and Semi in the draft (pun intended)

I've heard glowing reports about Semi as well but I just don't have a good feel for his game. I've only seen highlights of a few of his high school games. I'm not sure what position he'd play at the next level. Regardless, it will be fun to finally see him suit up for us in November.

I don't see where SMU has offered him in any of his profiles or on twitter.

So you're saying he doesn't like like us? We're in the dreaded friend zone.

BTW, my optimism came from Billy's report.

billy gets it done, but in this case, he got the name from me and checked up. Now, he gave me a few names tonight that I didn't know about, so it's symbiotic. Lots of new offers out there

Yeah, he said he will give more names Friday. Im interested to see who they are but man Kiir is impressive.

Hoopmanx, why aren't more schools pursuing him?

Are we in on the right prospects? This class is pivotal.

There are quite a few schools after him, but he can't really do anything over either shoulder. What impresses in his videos is how he takes kids off bounce, at his size, and throws down. Not sure that translates as much as defined skill

We're in on a lot of kids, probably close to 40 offers, just not sure how many are commitable. Not as many profile kids, but still 3 or 4 in top 100 or so. If we hit on some combo of the kids we really want, we're more than fine.
