Very happy to see Temple turn around their season! Huge back to back non-conference wins for Temple over Florida State and West Virginia are a big boost for our conference. Now I hope SMU can keep it up.

Memphis beats Iowa today after losing to Providence yesterday. UH beats Cornell. UCF, Temple and Memphis are going to be interesting teams.

Memphis is playing a lot better than I thought they would but then Tubby Smith is a good coach.

Not sure about Memphis - they haven't played anyone yet. Providence will likely end up near the bottom of the Big East this year as they lost a ton from last year's team (Dunn and Bentil). I would put them about on par with Boise this year.

Iowa is 3-4 and lost to every decent team they have played, that would be Memphis' big win at this point. Not even close to Pitt's level, or Michigan or USC in my opinion.

Memphis may be OK, but not sure there is anything to base that on yet - can't imagine they would have a better record than us playing our schedule thus far.

Temple, on the other hand, is definitely trending up after the early stumble. Dunphy is a great coach.

Regardless of that Tubby Smith is a good coach.

I would think Cincy will crack the Top 25 at 6-1 with that road win at # 18 Iowa State

St Johns up 32-17 midway through 1st half at Tulane. Guess that loss to Delaware State angered them
