agree that TCU is on the up, but Washington and UNLV are hardly measuring sticks. Two very mediocre teams. TCU hasn't played a tournament team yet

The fact that they are 6-0 will energize the SMU fan base so hopefully Moody will be rocking.

That's the truth. UNLV and Washington are solid mid level teams and likely nothing more. Not sure how good we are but much more athleticism and depth. Plus a coach who gives a [deleted]...which is a huge change. Nic Moore took over late and won the game for you last year. Should be an entertaining game.

So they played Washington on Saturday at the Global Sports Classic in Vegas and then they play them at home on Wednesday? That's an odd schedule...
And Washington has potential future Maverick Markelle Fultz...c'mon high lottery pick!

FYI on Fultz. He scored 5 garbage points and wasn't terribly impressive. He has a great looking jump shot and is very smooth. Definitely an nba caliber shooter but don't see him as a top 5 pick...he is going to score a lot because Washington doesn't have a lot of other options.

Reed, I'll have to disagree with you on Fultz. I'm not sure if that's the only time you've seen him play but the kid is an absolute stud - explosive first step, great court vision, plays physical, excellent defender and uber competitive. I think he'll be the first pick in next year's NBA draft and the future Mavs PG. He had 21 pts and 14 boards against your frogs in a below average game for him. When I watch him play I see a Westbrook clone. Can't wait to see him run the point at the AAC starting in 2017....

It might be a close game even if they do wake up.
