Absolute must

Mustang Sally HAS to be the next Poster of the Week for doing the play-by-play. I was at the game, but I absolutely couldn't believe what I read from MS - that's a heroic effort to bring the game to those PonyFans who couldn't be at the game or pick up the broadcast. And MS deserves more than the $15 gift certificate - how about a key to the store? That was a sensational performance, MS!

I completely agree.

It's like it always is, if a Mustang Bandsman can't be there to play, he'll be there in spirit!
Oh you gotta love it. The horns, the drums, the noise! It's all for the love of music, for the love of the game.

Couldn't agree more. I just read his thread of a million posts, and his description allowed me to re-play the entire game in my head. Tremendous effort by Mustang Sally.

As one of the beneficiaries of her play by play, I couldn't agree more. Sally- Thanks again for the great effort to bring us the game. You gotta be #1.

SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

That performance by Mustang Sally showed as much dedication to SMU and its fans as any I've seen on the field, on the court, in the pool, etc. I didn't watch it while it was coming out -- I was at the Wake game -- but couldn't believe it when I saw his work.

Are you firing that up again tonight?

Absolute, definite Poster of the Week!

Sorry fellers,
It's my dad's birthday so we're all going out somewhere (it's kinda strange, it's a surprise he planned for us on his own birthday), so I won't be able to run the play by play online, but I sure had fun last time. If there are more games over the break, I'll try and get those. Aren't we playing Navy, Purdue tourney, and OK State in the next month all on the road?
