Not the official thread, but looking at their schedule is like checking out a D2 playlist. Outside of a game against Virginia, they have played pretty much a minor league schedule.

Where is the official game thread?? The one thing that worries me about playing at ECU is they usual have a decent home crowd. Hopefully we jump on them early and not let the crowd into it.

Their leading scorer is a guy named Caleb White who shoots 45% from deep and he shoots about six a game.

ECU turns the ball over a lot (17 per game). They have 41 more TOs than assists.

Yes, they will likely have a packed gym, although maybe not as many students as last year.

Early game with students out for the holidays, should keep the crowd down a bit.

This is the type of game we need to dominate.

Wife and I will be at the game tomorrow in Greenville. Sitting behind the SMU bench. Hoping the Pirate fans live up to their reputation of being friendly. It will be our first visit to the ECU campus.

The fun of away games is when the fans aren't friendly. I thrive in that world, it feeds me.

Their students are the most fun, sorry you will miss that HEB. The rest of their fans are nice enough probably couldn't point to Texas on a map.

Yeah, the group leader last year was great.

We're just getting back from NC. ECU is located well east of RDU airport, so it took us over 1-1/2 hours of driving from Durham to get there. Greenville seemed to be not much more than a college town. Not many students at the game, it being over the holidays. Decent crowd, reported to be about 3700. Not many SMU fans. I chatted briefly with Rick Hart. Just three or four ECU students were making loud comments to our team, but they shut up in the second half when we pulled away. Their 7' 1" center was tall but not really a factor in the game. Actually, Ben Moore scored most of his 18 points against him. ECU's best player was Barkley; don't know if he is related to Charles. Overall, a great trip. It's always good to win a road game.

I treasure my relationship with Temple and Tulane fans. I'm sure they will be glad to see me again.
