I think Douglas is a perfect fit. Someone correct me if I am totally wrong, but from what I've seen and heard about him his play reminds me of Sterling (not in attitude or demeanor in any way, but just in impact/style). He might have a bit higher upside, but see him as that kind of player who does what it takes to win, a glue guy. Doesn't mind only scoring 10 and having 6asst, some rebs, 2 steals and a block, then another game he will have 20 and hit several big 3's. He doesn't seem to force shots and lets the offense come to him. Good athlete plays above the rim, but not an unreal athlete. I could see him having a career similar to Sterling's, but he might have a bigger upside offensively than Sterling.
P.S. I am gonna miss Sterling's competitiveness and bravado next year.
