Honestly no idea. Think it is very selfish considering the kid has a career after highschool.

You can play through the pain of certain broken bones. Did it with an ankle senior year of HS. However, I knew it was my last game action outside of Lifetime fitness pick up. His situation is too risky

Since SMU has signed him to a scholarship isn't our staff involved in the decision process of if he should play? I get that kids want to win a HS championship but as X pointed out, in the big picture HS play isn't that important. Getting prepared to be 100% and the best shape you can be for next Noverber should be priority #1. This would be a great question to get to Rich for next Monday's show.

I do not think coaches are allowed to comment on recruits. It would have to be a very general question.
