It's Tako Tuesday, but on a Wednesday!

It's too bad we don't get a H and H with UCF this year. Loved watching the Tako show last year. Will be really interesting to see how we do on the boards and how Semi uses his leverage to defend Tako. Seems that this is the type of matchup where you would want to have fouls to give - and our shallow bench does not allow that.

I would call this a trap game, but it's our only one this week. I would expect us to show up and be ready for it.

For those in the know, who will Fall guard? With our spread offense and 5 wings, whoever he is guarding should be able to sit out at 15 feet and shoot jumpers all day.

I have not seen Fall guard anyone. He just guards the basket.

Mrydel is right he doesn't really guard anyone, but I'm sure he will be "assigned" to Ben Moore, since Moore doesn't have 3 point range.

15-18 ft jumpers for Ben all day. When he comes out, blaze right past him

More concerning are their defensive stats not around Tacko. Their oppenent 3pt % has me concerned

Call me crazy, but I think UConn and Temple will be tougher road games than UCF.

Depends if Jarrey is available in my mind. If so and he is actually healthy I think we should win unless Taylor and Williams are on fire.

I could see us potentially losing Wednesday, don't think we should but could see it. I have trouble seeing us losing to UConn with how bad they are and a week off before we play them or Temple with how bad they have played in conference without us just playing awful like early season at Boise before we gelled bad. Those are two traditionally tough venues though. @UH should be tough since they get a week off before they play us next.

I agree with Ojay win at UCF & we are half way through conference (likely the tougher half of our conference schedule @Cincy @UCF and @Memphis) & come out 8-1 would be awesome.

History says we should be worried about @Temple and @Houston and I think those are the biggest obstacles. Maybe UCF should worry me but they don't.
