Start by winning a tough one tonight. Then I hear there is a game on Sunday that could change everything...

We need to beat Cincy....we have to have a top 25 quality win on our resume and this is the only opportunity for it in the regular season. Pitt (76 Ken Pom), TCU (33 Ken Prom) & Houston (45 Ken Pom) are fine wins, but don't move the needle all that much.

Beating Cincy would be great but the committee can't be trusted. We need to win the AAC!

I thought I was missing something when I read this. I assume you are referring to the Temple game scheduled for tomorrow night?

If the season ended today, we're in the tourney. I think the reference to being on the "bubble" is fairly excessive.

Barring injuries or a complete meltdown we are in the tournament.

Our concern is seeding.

Barring some sort of struggle down the stretch where we lose 3 games and then have an early an early tourney exit we should be in. The bubble is weak this year.

Our seed may be capped to an extent by lack of marquee wins but we have a lot of solid wins and no loses to teams outside RPI Top 100. Bubble team is a stretch unless we collapse. CBS has us as a lock. This isn't like the year we got left out and had 9 loses including several bad ones and no national brand.

Sadly, the Tulane game may be our most important game left.

A loss to them could put us in the NIT.

I understand some of the trepidation. Our SOS is not strong, and teams we hoped would be strong are not. When Michigan beat us, I thought they were a top 15 team. They were not. But if we take care of business and beat Temple and #11 Cincy, most of our metrics put us solidly in the top 15 Range. Then we have to simply avoid a horrible loss.

Then it's a matter of seeding. If we do the above, we are a 6-7 seed. Throw in a bad loss, and we become a 9-10.

I have faith in these guys. Haven't you guys seen how they really get better with every game? I went to Tulsa. These guys are playing with so much confidence and a chip
On their shoulder.

Are you really suggesting you think this team might lose to Tulane, or even not cover the likely 25 point spread?
