Its always win and dont lose. But we won a [deleted] ton of ganes a few years ago and got left in moody with a bunch of unhappy people. That's my only concern...that cincy didnt make it in this entirely fictional top 16 format.

I like this early unveiling because it shows us what the decision makers think. It's not worth a dogs [deleted] what any ranking says...these are the decision makers.

I suspect we get two teams in but we need to almost win out. I'll do my best to make sure we dont lose at home tomorrow. : )

No but I was very surprised not to see Cincy as a 4.

Knocking them off tomorrow would be better for our confidence than our ranking.

No one with 6 losses is going to get kept out of the tourney.

If we get up to 7 or 8, things will get dicey. But the only reason that would happen is injury, and the committee will take that into account.

7 or more losses and someone other than us or Cincy wins the conference tourney and we are out. This is a two team league, right now Cincy and us are locks unless a third party wins the conference tourney and we give an excuse to make a swap.

At least this tread is more realistic than the one with people complaining that we were considered a bubble team. Reality is that the committee will see us about a spot or two lower than our fans think we deserve. So need to be a solid 9 heading into the selection process to feel good.
