How can any win ever be in the running for worst game. It was a horrible first half, shots weren't falling, poor shot selection, poor defense, too many mistakes to count, but WE WON.
I think our lack of depth caught up last night and it would have been great for our weak bench to get some minutes, but give Tulane some credit. Their shooters were hot and they made some tough clutch shots time and again. They came to play.

Well the game has been pretty well covered...the same 4 students have sat in front of us the last couple of games in 206. These seats have been empty for most of the last two years. During the 15-0 run against Cincy on sun one of those guys was texting someone to clean out his bong (the Mrs has notices stuff-- it's just what she does) and last night another one was agitating with the group to go back to the house and watch the game on TV.
These may not be the best years ever in SMU basketball but they are certainly great years and these guys are [deleted] it away. Sigh.

A W is a W. Not all of them will be pretty, but you take them as you get them. Looking forward, I'd give the guys the day off, other than film. Know what you want to do vs Htown and execute. Can't spend any time on this past game. It's one of many you need to go your way , thankful it did.

This sounds a lot like the Cinci fans after they almost lost to Tulsa a couple of weeks back. Teams have this kind of game. Hopefully we have it out of our system.

PF has been trash since the mods let the inmates run the asylum. Do yourselves a favor and get a Scout subscription and bypass the morons.

The team forgot that they're SMU in the AAC and that each win is of utter importance. They came back from that and got the W, well done boys. That's all that matters. Learn from it.
