"Will this be our biggest road crowd ever of the last 3-4 years?"

Why don't more head over to Ft Worth?
No series vs. UNT?
200 or more would be a great showing.

We've only played TCU once in FW the last few years and it was at a high school gym due to their renovations. Lots of PFs at that one. The other was at the AAC.

No series vs UNT

Would be shocked if we didn't have more than 200.

The PFs at the FW high school gym was one of the best road environments in recent memory. I expect a good showing in Youston.

Playing UNT wouldn't do us any good, I would rather play UTA, at least they are #69 KenPom versus UNT at #310. I remember a DMN article that said we should setup a local DFW tourney during out of conference between UNT,TCU and UTA. I rather us think larger than that. I think keeping TCU would be good especially if we an keep the football rivalry going, and adding UTA once in a while would be good as well. I hope in our OOC, we can schedule some big top 100 RPI schools.

Bought tickets and everything to have a good showing of Houston based alums in the crowd. Realized a couple weeks ago I have to be in a wedding in Dallas instead. Went last year and we had a pretty good showing, but man some of those coog fans are rowdy.

They are going to try to "stripe" hofheinz by giving out red or white tshirts, depending on the section you're in.

It will probably look like scraps of a torn up Italian restaurant table cloth. With of course some blue slurpee spilled on it.

I would much rather play UNT or UTA in a Metroplex Mayors' Trophy Tourney than #326 UCSB or #327 Delaware State as part of our non-conference slate. Only problem is that we might have to forego the annual TCU game and there would always be the possibility one of us might not reach the finals of a 2 round tourney. I doubt they would want to set up that tourney as a 3 game round robin event
