I don't care about the opinions concerning opponents arenas. I just care about wins. And as distasteful as UH area may be, its light years better than Tulane's.

Agreed! While I am not crazy about the Hof, is it really necessary for our fans to trash another school and their fans? Is winning not enough?

Who is trashing their fans?

I don't agree at all with those on PF that reference 7-11 and trash the Houston fan base. And as I state above - I am glad that they are upgrading - they need it. The American Conference needs it.

I love how 4 years of success and facility facelift entitles us to have program smack-talk. How soon we forget just 5 seasons ago:

And only 24 hours ago a lot of those on PF were trashing Tulane and suggesting that they should be booted out of the conference. All it takes is hiring the right coach, staff, and a few good recruits.

Tulane looked pretty good when they were up 15 on us at Moody (as well as when they were up by 20 on UConn at UConn a few weeks ago).

I fully expect U of H to be in a far better place 5 years from now - We need that to happen.

But I stand by my original post regarding the Dump that we will be playing in on Saturday.

I've been to every AAC arena except UConn. UH ranks at the bottom of them all. It needs this badly. It's not an insult.

Tulane's is nice for what it is. It's just small and a HS fieldhouse gym.
I haven't been to Hofheinz before, but I look forward to visiting their outdated facility.
