They might be more inconsistent than SMU and Cincy, but they will still be a tough out in the AAC Tourney and might do well in the NIT

For the confernce it is actually unfortunate Cincinnati lost to UCF. It would have been better to have them lose to Houston so we can secure 3 bids. That said, just win!

UCF has just as good of a chance to win the tourney as does Houston in my opinion.

I agree, but Houston had a chance at an at-large bid if they had beaten Cincinnati and then won 2 conference tournament games whereas UCF had to win the conference tournament to secure a bid.

Houston had a national stage tonight on the road against a ranked team. They could have really helped their cause as people were starting to consider them. So they $h!t the bed.
