Most schools think of the NCAA is a paper tiger, any real push back and they cave in...when does UNC go on probation?

During the appeal, the university argued that the penalties should have been under a former infractions structure because the violations occurred before Oct. 30, 2012, the date of the new infractions structure adopted by the Division I board of directors. The COI appeals committee ruled the infractions panel should reconsider the case.
Our issue occurred in 2013
