And our coaching staff and the "high basketball IQ" everyone talks about.

I'm watching teams with leads in close games jack up bad shots early in the shot clock with under a minute remaining. I'm seeing stupid fouls late in the shot clock. I'm watching as teams struggle repeatedly to inbounds or forget to box the shooter on a missed free throw. And the best one: confusion playing screens.

You know what? There are alot of talented kids out there but only a few really great teams.
