Well, Stanford did nothing in OT. Lost by 10.

Syracuse loses 1st round game to Miami but they are still talking about them as an at-large team...probably an 11 seed. Not sure I agree with that call.

I was happy to see Syracuse and Georgia Tech go down in their first games. I am hoping Vanderbilt, Illinois, Iowa, Wake Forest, Kansas State, Providence, Marquette, and Xavier go down in their next game each. I think the talk of Syracuse and Vanderbilt being comfortably in whereas schools like Illinois State and Middle Tennessee State not being in is ridiculous. The committee changes the criteria each year in order to put teams like Syracuse and Vanderbilt in to the detriment of teams outside the Power 5.

I think there ought to a Champions Play-In Game reserved for the 2 best Conference Champions that lost their Tournament and didn't make the NCAA field. One spot ain't going to kill anybody-take out the worst P5 team to qualify.

I like stallions idea and some others I've heard about addressing the autobid situation. I want the 68 best. That said, its hard for me to believe any team w 14 or 15 regular season losses, or a 6-12 league record, deserves even a moments consideration.

Watching other teams makes me appreciate our defense so much more

Thoughts on the proposal some have floated that no team under .500 in league play would be eligible for at-large bid? That would make things tricky for the committee this year, but would really place some renewed emphasis on regular season games

Exactly why I want Vanderbilt and others to lose their first conference tournament game.

Pitt might win this. They look like the better team in the second half.
