Rewatching the game and the espn folks made mention that uc trailed only for 17 seconds in their first two tourney games...closest they were against us was being tied at 0 and 2. Never led.

We make fun of Cronin a lot but I like a lot of what he says. We are lucky to be developing a rivalry with them.
You still cannot convince me he didnt already know they were toast on Sunday

Cronin has said he is going to speak to the AAC commissioner about the tourney and the Sunday game being pretty much meaningless. Would love to hear that conversation.

Sunday's game was meaningless in terms of NCAA Tourney invite and possibly seeding, but Cincy did kind of get screwed having to go west. Would like to see the committee keep things regional as best they possibly can. Feel like that initial slot for Cincy was punishment for losing to us in a game that we basically controlled from start to finish
