Radio broadcast

In anything in the works to get the games on a "real" radio station? It's so frustating that TCU gets 103.3 and we're stuck with what seems like two tin cans and some coat hanger wire.

I’ve been saying that for several years. Josh Lewin and Alan Stone are great, probably better than we deserve, but a small budget christian station like 660 is not suitable for doing SMU basketball. We had one of our games on Fox Sports 1190 earlier in the year and that broadcast was much better. Broadcasting on a sports radio station like ESPN or Fox allows you to do things right (advertising the game on the station, a real pre and post game show, better signal reception). Its just another example of how TCU always seems to be one step ahead of us in most things these days.

I wonder why we can get fball on the Ticket but not hoops - 1190 would be perfect.

770Am sounds even worse than 660 if you can believe it.

I agree it is frustrating to be on 660. But TCU had to pay out the wazoo to be on 103.3 and gets bumped for all Mavs games and I believe some other broadcasts too.
