I will wait and see on this until he plays 25-30mins/ game, but he definitely has the potential to be a real quality player for us particularly on the defensive end and on the glass. If his numbers from last year translate out to 30 mins per game we will be in real good shape. So excited we get him for two seasons, because I expect he will improve alot over that time.
@rebel, on paper I 100% agree with you and that applies to every player. But in reality, Agau isn't going to the NBA after this season. He is a 6'8 forward who is best as a stretch 5. He has plenty of work to do on his offensive game and has never really put together a full season of quality basketball. He isn't the same type of player Semi was even though both have high upside.
If he has a big year this year and next year he could get some NBA looks and at worst for sure play overseas, if he wanted, like MK, Ben and Yanick. And I meant a serious injury, he would likely come back if he got hurt, but sometimes people decide they have had enough after 2-3 major injuries.
