Everything other than Shake is off about this team right now -- coaches included. It's really bizarre.

I think I was overconfident thinking this team could go 11-7 in conference play. Let's hope we can sweep ECU and UCF because right now it doesn't appear we can beat anyone on the road, so the "experts" who thought we would go 10-8 in conference play are looking more and more credible

If we can’t beat UCONN, I doubt we can beat UCF on the road. While they lost Tacko, they got Taylor. I understand we lost Foster but it seems it’s either Shakes on (win) or off (loss). That’s the deciding factor.

Road win at WSU remains our ONLY road win and we all know it was a fluke. Hopefully we can beat ECU and USF on the road but otherwise I will be pleasantly surprised by ANY road win. Just have to hope we can defend Moody because I expect a couple more home losses before this season ends. Would not be at all surprised to see these guys go 9-9 in AAC play for a 19-12 regular season finish, which should still get us into the NIT regardless of how we do in the conference tournament. Bottom line for the continued development of the program is to get into post season play at either the NCAA or NIT level.

We might not shoot 27% in another game this year, so it's way too early to write off Houston as a sweep. Probably won't have another game this year where McMurray goes 1-11 and Gu 2-12 from the field.

We are the definition of an NIT team right now. Sad because we are going to waste two Top 10 wins away from Moody.

Cincy will undoubtedly crush us. They’ve been an underrated team and deserve to be #1 (conference). I think everyone else has shown that they can lose to anyone. I think we get WSU, Houston and UCF, tall order but it can be done.

We might be back to about 3,000 in Moody Sunday. Hope not, but that would be so SMU

I think we will feel better when we beat ECU at home on Sunday. We will be over .500 in conference play again and when we go to Tulsa and Houston after than maybe they can prove that they have their [deleted] together. These other players have to contribute. Shake isn’t Nic or Semi who were far more consistent so we need others to help.

Bump...at this point, I would be thrilled if these guys could pull off the 11-7 conference record I had predicted but I did not anticipate losing Jarrey and then Shake...for any period of time so I just hope they can find 4 more wins and finish .500 in conference play and maybe win a 1st round tourney game to get to 20 wins. That would be an accomplishment with everything these guys have had to deal with. I sure hope Shake comes back and we can beat ECU and USF on the road, but I'm taking NOTHING for granted right now.
