It really is to early to focus on RPI, but if you must I suggest not using that team rankings.com site as they seem to be missing a lot of teams.
The Live RPI at RPIforecast.com has always matched up with the official NCAA calc in my experience.

To bring Grant and myrdel's point home, Cincinnati is 218 and South Florida 220 right now in live RPI.

Sagarin includes last season's numbers mixed in until there is sufficient information to run their numbers
