What could have been...

Postby Maryland78 » Sat Nov 18, 2017 10:23 pm

I have watched several Maryland basketball games so far this year...and let me tell you, Bruno Fernando is an absolute stud...both offensively and as a rim protector. SMU basketball fortunes would raise up 10 fold if he could have made it to the Hilltop! The guy is amazing for a freshman...wish it could have worked out!

Him or if we could have pulled off signing Garrison Brooks that would have been amazing, but we should have a pretty strong frontcourt going forward with Chargois, Ray and Isiaha Mike. Bruno would have been awesome to get to campus though. He is a nice player. Crazy athletic.

Also petty much zero chance Fernando would've ever been eligible here. I'll leave it at that unless others want to chime in.

Agree we will be fine. Really like Ray's motor. I think he is our sleeper.

Was Fernando Nike, Adidas, or Reebok?

If I had to do the same again

Had an Abba marathon on my drive to Houston last night. Yes, I admit it.
