NOVA only beat them by 8 at home. They looks tough and needs to be taken seriously. Finish them off Mustangs let’s claim #5 in the tourney!

My bad you are correct. Espn app didn’t say when I scan through their schedule. Nevertheless,
still need to be vigilant.

We should match up well with this team. They are not overly long. They have 7 to 8 man rotation. Tallest player is 6 ‘9, glad the top 5 rated high school player left before the season. They have a lot of veteran presence and rely on at least two freshmen for points.

Big game. Hope we have some legs left.

A 2-1 tourney with a major quality win would stand us in pretty good position with the bracket guys.

WKU is actually a veteran team with several transfers including guys that have played in the ACC & SEC before finishing at WKU. They have a nice mix of veterans and young guys and have shown really balanced scoring. I think they have 5-6 guys averaging double figures and while they don't shoot a ton of threes, they hit for a pretty strong percentage when they do. Should be another great game tonight.

Looks like the bulk of their scoring was at the rim against Purdue.

Looks like their coach, while losing their top recruits to the NBA, still has some high quality recruits and transfers. They beat a solid Purdue team. They may be a tournament because they could win their conference or possibly even get an at large bid. Looks like WKU is nothing to play around with. We need to be ready to roll.

Rick Stansbury is a phenomenal recruiter, not sure if it's $$$ or pure grit.

#183 WKU

Per KenPom:
Offense: #175 (102.5 points per 100 possessions)
Defense: #196 (104.3 points per 100 possessions)

#25 SMU
Per KenPom:
Offense: #33 (112.4 points per 100 possessions)
Defense: #20 (93.5 points per 100 possessions)
