Nevada from MWC & Loyola Chicago from MVC have beaten 4 “big” conference schools and one will be in Elite 8. Nevada did so playing 6 guys (and 5 for most of the game) similar to our rotation last season.

To be fair the A10 (2-3) nor the P12 (0-3) performed any better than we did.

With the millions and millions of dollars SMU has spent on the Crum Center and the renovation of the new Moody, I would be thrilled if we can win one stinking game in the tournament.
