He has been very noncommittal at this point. Recruiting boards say he is cool to all schools
right now, including SMU. He has mentioned Gonzaga a few times on social media. Does anyone
have more current information or know something that hasn't been reported?

I would be shocked if he ended up at SMU from what I’ve heard. I think I remmeber hearing that his dad wasn’t the biggest fan of Jank either.

I think getting Maxey would help our chances.

moot point since he doesnt show int in smu, but the only film clip online just shows him shooting. does he rebound? play defense?

He has some good qualities - mainly he is very aggressive, very tall, and has some good moves
around the basket. The right coach could probably help him a lot and he might become a very
good player; however, he is a project. His bad qualities are that he hogs the ball, he shoots shots
that he shouldn't, and his defense is poor. He is out of position for most rebounds and doesn't
really anticipate rebounds very well. He also seems to lack court awareness and teamwork.

Nothing amusing about having/showing zero interest in/from several legacies immediately after our most successful stretch of basketball in decades. They all got to experience Moody when it was truly rocking and either weren't interested or were not recruited. Truly maddening. Meanwhile, Baylor comes off a murder coverup and is now on its way to winning the national championship after having close to zero basketball tradition prior to the arrival of Scott Drew.

Baylor may be on the cusp of winning a national title but we have a better compliance department.
