What are your thoughts on Memphis Doug? He’s got the length but appears that playing at Christian Brothers didn’t exactly prepare him for D-1.

I’m not Hoop, but Douglas has an amazing work ethic, works hard, and has all the tools to be a solid basketball player at SMU. His HS comp did him a major disservice as last year it was hard to him to adjust to the speed of the game and once he lost his confidence and got in a major slump the season was done for him.

Being a year old, experiencing the highs-lows, and adjusting to the speed of the game I expect Douglas will have a much improved spoohomore campaign. He’s got tools and work-ethic for this level. Just got to get it out of him.
