Anybody have inside scoop on when Foster will be able to play again? I'm hoping before the Cancun tournament. Thanks...Go Ponies!

I’ve heard the “whenever he feels he’s ready”, but what kind of standard is that? Surely there are more objective, medical measures of readiness. Actually, now that I post “out loud,” I answer my own question. It’s ultimately Jarrey’s choice in consultation with his doctors.

It has definitely reached the point where we can legitimately ask if he is hurt or injured.

Foster has blown out his knee twice, he is a legit NBA prospect if healthy. I’m sure he wants to be absolutely 100% confident in the knee before suiting up. He’s been a warrior for this team and he get’s to set the pace as it is a 7 figure issue that can change his life. My guess based on his twitter, he comes back near end of non-conference.

Last night was the first time I heard "if/when" used in regards to Foster. I think the handling of Foster and Shake is being done to make it very clear to future recruits that we take pro careers very seriously. Nothing wrong with that.

He makes it sound on his twitter feed that it looks like sooner than later. Hope so.

I don’t want him coming back until he 100% healed. I don’t want him rushing back only to risk his future by getting injured again.

The Twitter says “No more suits” with a picture of SMU vs Lamar. Presumably he is playing.

Who moves to the bench, Mike or Dixon?

Personally, as poor as Mike has been, I'd rather Dixon move to the bench. I think we need more length on the perimeter, and we need to be able to crash the offensive glass. And I'd like to see Hunt continue to get good minutes and contesting for Mike's starting spot. Hunt brings the most energy defensively right now and I don't want to see him pushed back in the rotation.

Sit Dixon.

Let Mike continue to gain confidence. We have him for three years.

And that was big time offensive rebound that kept us from being 0-2 in Cancun.

Pull McMurray for Dixon immediately when mcmurray goes 0-3 at the beginning of any game.

More: Getting out-rebounded is killing us more than getting out-shot. Adding Jarrey to the mix and letting Mike keep minutes should help that.
