Well Bradley at least beats Penn St. They had a healthy lead for most of 2nd Half but Penn St. almost tied at buzzer. Actually both Lipscomb and Bradley are hovering around Top 100 - at least on Sagarin-haven't checked elsewhere. We are making our opponents look great with poor defense but maybe Lipscomb, Bradley and Southern Miss are decent this year.

They might be decent and Wright State might win their conference, but our defense is awful.

Lipscomb, Bradley, Wright State and USM are all decent this year, but I sure thought we would have enough talent to beat "decent" teams. The AAC is going to be chock full of "decent" teams this year..teams that can beat good teams on any given night but don't play consistently enough at a high level to be considered good teams themselves. I thought coming into this season there would be a tightly packed bunch of 10-8 to 8-10 teams in conference play with nobody strong enough to run off 14-15 wins. We just really need a winning streak and to be playing much better as a team before that TCU game.

Sure seems that way. I bet we lose some conference games this year due to no home court advantage.

Sad, but I agree. Didn't take long for SMU to return to form and lose our home court advantage. Long live the 1500!

Only if 14 to 17 wins gets SMU to the big dance.

So Miss lost at home to someone called William Carey 78-72. Ouch! Meanwhile, powerhouse Lipscomb rolled Morehead State 87-55. Who doesn't like Morehead? In other news, College of Charleston beat Memphis 78-75

I don't ever remember there being this many upsets/funky scores in college basketball. What a weird season so far.
