Surely you jest.

Pre-LB, over some 20 years, SMU BB went 2-54 against ranked teams.

Pre-LB, over some 30 years, SMU made only 2 NCAA appearances and 1 NIT appearance. They had only 1 tourney win.

If you worry about that you are not made out to be a NCAA basketball fan.

Not sure why that matters... I don't think our goal is to be a school chosen by basketball players trying to get a degree. Stay above the mandated APR requirements and I could care less.

Also, I think most of them did graduate anyway... I'd much prefer they left early for the NBA.

The sad thing is that our bench is so inexperienced that I don't think there is any way they pull the trigger before the season is over.

Yes, one of the reasons i think it doesnt happen until March. And, by “bench” I refer to the assistants. It seems like a weak staff from a coaching standpoint. That makes sense And fits with the with the idea of an insecure head coach. Nobody to push or question him.

I also think that the decision makers have probably made or are about to make their decision to move on and want to keep it under wraps in hopes of keeping the few players they want to stay.

If Hunt were to put in for a transfer that would be a shame.

I think there's this guy named Rob Evans who's hanging around Lloyd. Got some coaching experience. I'm sure he could hold things together with duct tape for 6 weeks. Hell, let KT ride for 6 weeks. Can't get any worse, and at least we'd put an end to the endless parade of excuses from the HC.
