My point was it’s Lamar not a top 20 team. SMU better look good against Lamar but I would not get a false sense of security when the team beats extremely low level teams. It thank goodness Jank has a couple of LB’s players to help him.

You're right, they're not beating Kentucky or Gonzaga or Duke. But Southern Miss and Western Carolina weren't good, either. This is better. Not great -- just better.

McMurray now has game-high 16 points on 5/11 shooting, including 4/7 from beyond three-point line.

Now has hit four or more from behind the arc in 5 of 7 games this season.

For a guy who seems to have great athleticism, Hunt seems OK with layups when others might be going nuts trying to dunk on people. Timid? Or simply taking what's there?

21 assists on 27 FGs is certainly encouraging...but it is Lamar

Nice play that won't get noticed in the box score: Whitt trails McMurray downcourt, chases errant pass, lunges out of bounds and whirls to save it ... right into the hands of Chargois, who lays it in.

Five guys in double figures...kind of what you hope for/expect in games like this. I do like the balance no matter who the opponent
