Actually this board is more realistic than you care to admit. No matter how you try to paint it losses to the schools we have lost to and the OOC schedule is a complete disaster. Perhaps you have some talent that makes losing look good, most on here do not.

Are you saying in the future the administration will give the old season ticket holders their seats back?

I should have saved my ticket stubs so I could prove to them which ones were mine.

It was really fun while it lasted from a front row floor perspective too.

Can achieve that again with a top tier coach and a strong schedule.

No hate or disrespect to Jank but he's seriously out of his League. The longer they wait the farther it falls.

Really tragic that we have gone from Moody Madness to Moody sadness in such a short time.
The change needs to be made now not later. We need to stop this free fall in spirit, attendance and winning.

The one thing that really stood out for me while watching that, my god I miss Sterling Brown! Alpha in locker room and brought it everynight on the floor. If you were wearing an SMU uni he had your back and he expected you to do the same. Of Jank’s many recruiting failures not bringing in a true toughminded leader to replace those who left has been the demise of this program. We went from having multiple toughminded SOBs - LB, Nic, MK, and Sterling to none. Accountability and toughness are gone.

I was a guest in the loge section for that one. What a glorious game.

Bottom line is I'm tired of the constant drumbeat of negativity. You're like a bunch of gin-sipping Eeyores on here.

What I'm saying essentially is that the good times consisted, at their core, of some very good teams. We have involved donor support who expect to win big and will pony up to get a top coach who will convince some very good players to come here. We have absolutely first rate facilities in Moody and Crum. We've got a helluva a campus and a city that will support winners. There is no reason to expect we won't do this again and return to the form we've come to love and expect.

Now go ahead and go back to repeating ad nauseam the "10,000 reasons why we can't" if it makes you feel better.

I’m even more tired of losing to mediocre and awful teams the last two seasons. If we get back to being top 4-5 in the conference most of us would stop complaining.
