Looks like we made it. Rothstein is reporting we get a vandy home and home. Bit surprised. From who got in I think SEC didn't want to head north.

So Georgetown, UNLV, GA, and Vandy as the "marquee" non-conference? Would have thought we would also play in a 3rd tier tournament

Jank won’t play in tournaments that require 3 games in 3 days

Vandy won 9 games last year, was dead last in the SEC, and was arguably one of the worst teams in the country. Lol

So we scheduled the 2 worst teams in the SEC. Hart was working so hard this summer

If your glass is half empty, pour it into a smaller glass and fill it up. We have now scheduled 2 power five SEC teams for home and homes. That is progress.

A long way from the days of Gonzaga and Michigan coming to Moody, but still way better than last year by a mile.

On the plus side, we can recruit Vandy undergrad students for our graduate programs. We won’t be recruiting academically at UNLV.

I'll take it. Way better than last year. That SW La. game should be replaced with Rice.
