Fun fact: Evansville won a whopping 11 games last season and finished dead last in the Missouri Valley Conference.

I didn't think Jank could get more pathetic, but he managed to out do my already low expectations for him.

The only thing more pathetic than scheduling a home and home with Evansville is the fact that there are people on this website who still defend Jank and don’t think he’s a complete joke.

Never thought I would see Evansville sink this far down.

Probably a good match considering their home attendance is about the same as ours.

what would you expect when you have an AD who is also as incompetent as our bball coach.

I can think of something more pathetic... losing to Evansville. And, at this point, I would not be surprised if we did.

Jank is a joke and I’ll never defend his scheduling but we are going to be pretty good next season assuming Davis and/or McNeill get waivers. No way in hell we lose to Evansville. If that does happen, Jank does not get on the plane.

I wouldn’t worry. I am sure Evansville is not a powerhouse like UAPB.

I hope you are right - but anything can happen...

I didn't think that Jank's teams would be losing early season games to the likes of Boise, Lipscomb, Bradley, Northern Iowa, Western Kentucky, Tulane, etc. And that was with teams that had future NBA draft picks on the team (which I would argue were better teams than what will be on the floor next year).

Fully prepared for Davis and McNeil not getting waivers. We are SMU...and the NCAA is making the decision

Next time you tell the AD to schedule an Indiana game be more specific.

it goes like this:

(1) win consistently

(2) draw better crowds

(3) get better reception from better programs for scheduling

it doesn't work out of order

we missed a step or two
