The system is so messed up. God bless TCU for showing some class and putting the student's needs first, but why in the world should that be the deciding factor? Plenty of coaches and ADs are petty jerks and would not have written a letter. A kid's future should not have to depend on the whims of grown men with their own agendas.

Davis-Jolly-Hunt-Mike-Jasey is pretty legit. We got better defensively, because even with a little drop in size, we now have someone with speed to keep up with the opposing point guard in man defense. It will be interesting to watch offensive production out of Davis, because we need a consistent scoring option next to Jolly and now Mike. He can't be a player who doesn't stretch the floor, like Whitt.

CJ-Band-Smith-Ray-Ethan as a second team is solid enough to provide competitive minutes. It actually might be good for Ethan, because he and Band will have to carry the scoring load for the group, so it will force him to be more aggressive. Douglas is the eleventh man in the rotation if/when someone gets hurt.

This team is good enough now to compete for a 3-4 spot in conference. Chance at an NCAA bid depending on how well respected the conference is.

I think we also have to assume by this that McNeil is in the appeal process as well, with a high likelihood of his appeal getting denied. But IF he is available, CJ slides to 11 and Douglas to 12. You now have a scoring option off the bench. And it becomes a conference champoinship contending team.

Just to correct this... Davis definitely doesn't have the limitations of Whitt. He is an asset at both the offensive and defensive end.

Our starting 5 is legit. We have 3 players who can score well - Davis, Jolly, and Mike. And Hunt isn't a bad 4th option at all. With Jasey, it is a conference contending starting 5. We need another scorer off the bench (Ethan will be the first one when Jasey comes in) to really compete for conference, and if McNeil gets his granted, I think it might be game on.

On the game yesterday, they mentioned we have no seniors on the team...pretty amazing!

Keep this up and Moody Magic is liable to creep back in the building. Who's going to the game on Wednesday?

The Stadium broadcast team named KD the player of the game.

Sorry if this was already mentioned.

Kendric provides two things desperately missing the last two seasons - leadership and a true playmaking PG.

At what point do we just redshirt Darius even if the ncaa finaly approves him? 10 games? Conference play?
