Yes, in the firs thalf they were going on about how great of a team SMU is and talked up the AAC having 5 bids.

There is no way the AAC gets 5 bids this year. No way.

I get not liking coaches or certain players, but I can't get behind the hope to miss the tournament.

High school gym? Losing that game in Madison Square Garden would have been OK?

KD, TJ, EC going 1-15 will mean a loss against anyone.

No way AAC gets 5 teams in.

Funny.... that’s exactly what happened to the defense!

I am not hoping we miss the tournament. I am saying that the ECU loss was bad enough to be the game that will keep us from making the NCAA tournament if we happen to win enough games to even garner consideration. I hope I'm wrong and hope we beat Houston on Wednesday. I will be at the game.

[quoteDid anyone else catch the announcer saying that SMU is a lock for the Tourney?][/quote]

Just as they were fastening the buckles on his straight jacket.

So what does it say about Tulsa after they go to ECU and win easily, just days after they beat Houston in Tulsa? We'll find out more about ECU after their visit to Moody next week. I still think they are one of the lower level teams when all is said and done. Question is whether we are going to be right there with them. Too early to tell.

Looks like it so far.
