I honestly cannot tell if you are being serious or trying to be funny. I am going to go with funny. April Fools day is tomorrow after all.

and with the exodus of players tankovich will be making the excuse that he won't be able to have 5 on5 practice..

just more excuses so he won't have to coach and recruit while giving the school the middle finger. What decent player would come here knowing the coach is a lame duck coach on his final year of his contract.

In case you are Tommy Walker, three top players bailing (and probably more to come) tells you all you need to know about the coach, the program, the athletic department and "the university"; and this coming on top of the team going full Roberto Duran in the last part of the season.
A long tradition of existence.

It was fun while it lasted.

Next year will be first year of SMU basketball I have had in years (since Doh years) where I have no expectations of the team and don't expect any post season play going into the year.

For all you "stats" junkies out there at this time of boredom. I remember Butch Moore as a terrific PG and loved his matchups with Vinnie (the diesel) Johnson who later became the "microwave" in the NBA, but did not know Butch owns the all-time best assist:turnover for a single season...by far!
